Central Arizona Medical Responders was established in 2021 by our founder Cesar Arroyo, an Arizona Paramedic / Fire Fighter. He operates with knowledge and experience on multiple levels from years of practice in medicine. Next to Cesar Arroyo is Mary Miller, Director of Nursing and, the pillar of CAZMR.
Central Arizona Medical Responders was started by a group of fire fighters that wanted a way to help keep community events safe. CAZMR is a privately owned Event Medicine Service. We provide high quality ALS/BLS and First aid services for a variety of venues.
CAZMR has suspensefully provided medical support (stand-by) in the following types of venues:
We are fortunate to call the town of Prescott Valley, Arizona our hometown and more so that they trust us to keep our community events safe!
We have also had the honor of providing Advance Medical Support to the jockeys, equestrians, and patrons of Arizona Downs as well as Historic Rillito Park Race Track all while working as a team with Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority (HISA), Jockey’s Guild and Arizona Department of Gaming among many other governing organizations.
Central Arizona Medical Responders is always looking towards the future, and we currently have two “JR medics” who are interested in the medical field as a profession they participate in ride alongs and gain experience in real time emergencies with us. CAZMR’s Jr. Medics get an opportunity to understand our Mission, Vision, and Values in it essence. We have officially given out FIVE EMT scholarships to young men and women who expressed interest and showed dedication to becoming a first responder!!!
To solidify a healthy and safe environment, and to promote wellbeing for all participants of every venue

We recognize each person’s inherent value and worth by treating them with dignity.
